1. Booking & Payment
All security guard bookings must be made through our official website. Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued. Pricing is clearly displayed during the booking process and includes standard guard rates only. Additional charges may apply for public holidays, emergency callouts, or extended hours. In the event that we cancel your booking, (due to double bookings or unavailability) you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Bookings cancelled may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost to cover operational expenses. Bookings we cancel (due to double booking or unavailability) will be refunded.
3. Guard Break Entitlements
All guards are entitled to appropriate rest and meal breaks in accordance with Australian workplace laws and security industry award standards. For shifts exceeding 5 hours, breaks must be scheduled and are considered paid time unless otherwise arranged in advance.
4. Client Site Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe, accessible, and legally compliant. This includes providing:

Safe access to the site.
Relevant site briefings and emergency contacts.
Any required PPE, induction documents, or special equipment.
5. Guard Conduct & Professionalism
All Aegis Security guards are fully licensed, trained, and conduct themselves professionally. Clients are expected to provide a respectful and safe working environment. Any form of abuse, harassment, or unsafe conditions may result in the immediate withdrawal of services without refund.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
All Aegis Security takes reasonable measures to deliver reliable services. We are not liable for incidents outside our control, including natural disasters, technical faults, or transport delays.
7. Amendments to Terms
All Aegis Security reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
